All member data is collected and managed by ANA Headquarters (HQ), which acts as the data controller. Personal data is stored and processed using secure systems provided by Wix.com, which acts as a data processor on behalf of ANA.

As Wix.com operates globally, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, including:
