A Bit About Louise

Louise Baker is an Applied Neuroscience with nearly 10 years of applying neuroscience to behaviours, personal and business change. She is the founder of Applied Neuroscience Strategies, a company that focuses on well-being and mental health matters, providing neuro-psycho education, and change interventions to individuals and workplace groups.

She holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London and as an inaugural founding full member of The Applied Neuroscience Association (ANA), she makes complex neuroscience concepts and interventions accessible and beneficial to a wide audience and across sectors, driven by a shared mission and desire to enhance people's lives.

Louise began her career with the Metropolitan Police, providing her with a rich insight into complex systems, public service, and frontline decision-making. More recently, her focus has shifted to the IT, AI, and digital information sectors, where she is an investor and a UK advocate for Vital — advancing trusted, ethical AI Meditation solutions; the first on-demand, personalised mindfulness platform.​

Louise is a also a Specialist Coach working with abrasive managers, a certified NLP master practitioner, an accredited hypnotherapist, trainer of hypnotherapy, and volunteer hypnotherapist and applied neuroscientist for Brainstrust, a brain cancer charity. she is passionate about making a tangible difference.
