
Meet Inder Singh-Virdi
Nutritional Therapist I Health Coach I Neuroscientist I Entrepreneur

Inder is a medical nutritional therapist and health coach based in Windsor, Berkshire, specialising in chronic fatigue, gut, and brain health, including brain fog. He is the founder of The Neuropath, a nutritional therapy practice dedicated to optimising clients' health through personalised dietary and lifestyle interventions.

Inder holds a distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). His professional background includes experience in the NHS across various departments, currently working as an Emergency Care Assistant with Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, as well as work with the Alzheimer's Society in care provision and research. He holds a Master's in Neuroscience from King's College London, underpinning his therapeutic work focusing on (among other things) cognition and functional cognitive disorder (brain fog) in the context of chronic fatigue syndrome.​

Mental Health in Our Modern World: 3 Key Insights from a Medical Nutrition
As part of the ANA International Men's Day Celebration (#IMD2024) Forum, Inder spoke about the increasing rates of mental health disorders in men and teen boys that have largely been attributed to rising financial and technological demands. But what if there was another piece to this puzzle? The physical health of our minds and bodies. His talk covered:

2. The links between environmental pollution and mental health and
3. What can be done to improve the health and resilience of your nervous system to be more happy, productive and resilient.
