Meet Timothy J Rowe

Founder of WildWolf Wellbeing and extended Subsidiaries, a Poet and Influencer

Tim made a bold transition from a successful career in finance and accountancy in the City to founding Wild Wolf Wellbeing on the island of Gurnsey, a venture dedicated to supporting mental health and well-being. Through strategic partnerships with charities and direct support services, Tim’s mission is to address the often-overlooked mental health challenges faced by men, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Tim’s journey with mental health began over a decade ago, inspiring him to explore and embrace various healing modalities. As a qualified coach and practitioner, he incorporates various methodologies including Poetry, to empower others on their pathway to recovery and growth. Writing Poetry became a therapeutic outlet for Tim, helping him navigate his challenges, and now inspiring his approach to supporting others.

Looking to the future, he is keen to integrate science—particularly neuroscience—into his work, using evidence-based approaches to further enhance the effectiveness of his programmes. By combining his practical expertise with a foundation in neuroscience, he aims to create an even greater impact in the mental health and well-being space, ensuring his methods are grounded in rigorous research and best practices.

Through Wild Wolf Wellbeing, Tim is building a bridge between personal experience and scientific insight, ensuring that every individual can access the tools they need for lasting well-being.
