Professional Background

Stephanie has held key corporate Human Resources (HR) leadership roles in multi-national Corporations and trailed her HR journey with a broad array of experiences across industries and regions.  A highlight of her corporate career was as the key HR leader in Wal-Mart Global Sourcing, with an oversight of 30 countries beyond USA enriching her HR portfolio with significant achievements. 

 

Stephanie is currently the Chief Administrative Officer and General Manager of Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Administration for Mitsubishi Corporation Group (top 50 Fortune-ranked conglomerate) in HK and Asia region.

Academic Credentials

Beyond Stephanie’s corporate experience, she studies part-time at Hong Kong and United Kingdom universities. 

She has gained an MSc in Organisational Psychology and further obtained an MSc in Psychology. Her unwavering interests in brain science led more recently to an MSc in Applied Neuroscience awarded by King’s College London University.​ 

 

Stephanie also holds an ICF accredited Certified Executive Coach from Coaching Australia and Certified Global Remuneration Professional© by WorldatWork Total Rewards Association, USA.​

With my applied neuroscience, organisational psychology, science and research background, I am passionate about promoting brain science and community wellbeing.  I am really looking forward to collaborating on developing and leading wellbeing programmes, interest groups, learning sessions, and community care partnerships for my local community as the founding member of ANA Hong Kong!
