Her approach emphasises a regulated nervous system, emotional intelligence, and conscious inclusion. Creating psychologically safe, connected and collaborative, versus transactional, reactive and impersonal, environments, addressing critical challenges such as burnout, conflict, and DEI issues.

Maria holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from King’s College London, underpinning the emphasis on brain health as a core pillar for driving successful personal and team-based growth and transformations. With a blend of neuroscience, leadership insights, and the belief that leadership starts from within, Maria and Transform8 mission is to make 10,000 leaders 10% more conscious, connected, and compassionate by 2030!
